All services are provided under contract with the client and within legal frameworks.

Service scope, pricing, and delivery terms are determined separately for each project.

All content, logos, designs, and materials on the website are the property of Netlore Security.

Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Reports and deliverables are prepared exclusively for clients and may only be used by the client.

All client data is processed in full compliance with KVKK and GDPR regulations.

Confidential information is protected under signed non-disclosure agreements.

Netlore Security provides services in accordance with professional standards.

Penetration tests and security assessments are designed to test system security and do not include any guarantees.

Netlore Security cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruptions.

All penetration tests and security audits are conducted with legal permissions and authorizations.

The client declares that they have legal rights and authority over the systems to be tested.

Illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.

Netlore Security reserves the right to modify its services and website without prior notice.

Price changes do not affect existing contracts.

New services and features may be added, or existing services may be updated.

Either party may terminate the contract with written notice.

Ongoing projects will be invoiced based on work completed up to the termination date.

Delivered reports and materials remain valid after termination.

Disputes arising from these Terms will first be resolved through amicable discussions.

If unresolved, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.

Turkish Law applies.
